Road BikesCustom Built Steel Frames
Road Bikes: a general term for a big category of bikes; primarily defined by the size of tires and the strength of the steel tubes used to construct the frame. Typically one associates drop bars with “road bikes” those machines that are used for competition and whose handling is responsive and quick. But there are many modern bicycles that have their roots in the raod bikes that were popular in the 1950s to 1970s – these include touring bikes, time trialing bikes, gravel grinders, road racing bicycles, etc. The O’Leary road bike in its simplest form is a lugged frame, made of light weight steel tubing, incorporating traditional geometry of 73 degree head tube and seat tube angles and built with comfort and performance in mind.
